A transplant from Massachusetts, AJ never really considered a career in the restaurant biz until after college when he ended up on Nantucket for the summer *sad song starts playing on world’s smallest violin* to work full-time at a fast-paced, family friendly restaurant. After six very hectic, VERY fun, and very rewarding summers, he decided to stick around in DC full-time to launch Cracked Eggery and run the joint along with Alex. You’ll see him interacting with guests and employees alike – customer service is what he’s all about!
